Köder wird verwendet, um das Zieltier in die Falle zu locken. Die Falle wird durch eine Auslöseplatte an der Rückseite der Falle aktiviert, wodurch die Falltür geschlossen schwingt und sicher verriegelt wird, wodurch der Hund oder das Tier im Käfig gefangen wird.
